SHIPPING

Most orders ship within 5-7 business days. In many cases Federal Express is available for rush items. Special order items may take 4-16 weeks depending on the nature of the item(s) requested. For international orders, please email us at customerservice@southwestliving.tv so we can work together to make arrangements for your order.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, you can return eligible items within 15 days to Southwest Living. Email us at customerservice@southwestliving.tv for complete easy directions. Shipping fees and/or return shipping fees are non-refundable.

Note: all deliveries should be thoroughly inspected upon arrival. While we do a great job securing items for travel, there are rare occasions where damages happy through no fault of our own. Should you find any damages upon receipt of your goods, please bring them to the attention of the driver and make note of them on your bill of lading (the paper the delivery driver hands you to sign). Damages must be reported to Southwest Living through email at customerservice@southwestliving.tv with 3 days of receipt of shipment.
